The Wallace Business Forum (WBF) helps Chief Executives better understand the operating environment and identify opportunities in the Philippines.  In fulfilling its mission, WBF offers business 2 major services: the WBF Membership and Management Consultancy.

WBF MEMBERSHIP PACKAGE

A WBF membership offers an integrated package of roundtable meetings, peer group discussions, and information services designed to assist country managers of multinational firms in coping with changes in the corporate operating environment, and in formulating and implementing effective strategies for strengthening their business. Our conferences and roundtables give executives and country managers a unique opportunity to meet with government leaders and other influential decision–makers, and discuss common problems among themselves. We can also organize and manage conferences for corporations, and Mr. Wallace is available for in–house briefings.

Investors can also benefit from our advocacy campaign service as it complements our other consulting services. We not only provide market information and conduct strategic planning services but also assist in identifying policy constraints affecting operations and working though the government to address those policy constraints.

For more information on the Quarterly Roundtable and publications made available to WBF members, please see here.

MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY

WBF identifies and creates opportunities for business.  It also advocates for change in the policy environment on behalf of business. For the past 3 decades, it has undertaken commissions to conduct numerous research and consulting services along these areas (Market Research, Personal Assistance to CEO’s, Strategic Analysis, Policy Research and Advocacy, Investment Assistance, etc.) Its base of clientele not only includes private multinational and Filipino companies, but also various agencies of the Philippine government, frequently under the auspices of foreign organizations such as the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), the Asian Development Bank, the World Bank, International Finance Corp., etc. In a substantial number of cases, WBF has done research directly for these international agencies.
